Detail as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) read with SEBI Master Circular dated 11th November 2024 attached as Annexure- B. Approved providing of security for the Rupee Term Loan facility sanctioned to Ceigall Ludhiana Bathinda Greenfield Highway Private Limited [Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV)] and investment in its share capital to finance the project of the SPV.
