The Company changed the name from 'Anlon Ventures Private Limited' to 'Anlon Healthcare Private Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 27, 2015 was issued by the RoC. The status of the Company was subsequently converted to a Public Limited and the name of the Company was changed to 'Anlon Healthcare Limited' dated September 2, 2024 by the RoC.
