Company name was changed to Srigee DLM Private Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 22, 2023 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Kanpur. Subsequently, the status of the Company got converted into a Public Limited and the name of Company changed to Srigee DLM Limited' w.e.f. October 10, 2023.
