Indiqube Space Limited was incorporated as Innovent Spaces Private Limited, a Private Limited Company on January 14, 2015 by the Registrar of Companies, at Kanpur. Subsequently, the Company name was changed to 'Indiqube Spaces Private Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 8, 2024 was issued by the RoC. Pursuant to the conversion of Company into a Public Limited, the name was changed to 'Indiqube Spaces Limited', on December 17, 2024.
