The Company name was changed to 'K.K. Silk Mills Private Limited' dated June 01, 2001. Subsequently, Company was converted from a private limited to public limited Company by Special Resolution and the name of the Company was changed to 'K K Silk Mills Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 06, 2018 was issued to Company by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
