Medistep Healthcare Limited was originally incorporated on June 05, 2023 as a Public Limited Company, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Thereafter, the Company acquired the business of Proprietorship Concern of one of the Promoter Ms. Prajapati Hetalben Girdharilal viz, M/s MG Pharma through the business transfer agreement dated July 02, 2023. Subsequently the business of sole proprietorship firm was transferred into Medistep Healthcare Limited as a going concern.
