Monika Alcobev Limited was originally formed as a partnership firm under the name M/s Monika Enterprise' dated February 12, 2015 under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932. Subsequently, Fresh Certificate of Registration dated May 04, 2018 was issued by Registrar of Firms. The firm was thereafter converted from M/s Monika Enterprise' into Public Limited Company as Monika Alcobev Limited', pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated January 17, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
