Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to 'WeWork India Management Private Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated December 23, 2016, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka at Bengaluru. Upon the conversion of Company into a Public Limited, the name was changed to 'WeWork India Management Limited', dated November 19, 2024, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
