Subsequently the name of Company was changed from 'Sakuma Exports Private Limited' to C K K Exports Private Limited' on July 14, 2005 and again changed from C K K Exports Private Limited to C K K Retail Mart Private Limited dated June 9, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Thereafter, Company was converted into a Public Limited and the name was changed to C K K Retail Mart Limited. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 29, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
