ABH Healthcare Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited company in the name and style of 'ABH Healthcare Private Limited' vide certificate of incorporation dated March 2, 2021 issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Further, Company acquired the sole Proprietorship Concern of Dr. Kamal Baghi, our Promoter in the name 'Anil Baghi Hospital' via Business Transfer Agreement dated March 16, 2022. Subsequently, it was converted from a private Company to a public Company and the name was changed to 'ABH Healthcare Limited', and a fresh Certificate of incorporation dated November 15, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh.
