Further, Company name was changed from 'DM Prime Square Research & Analytics Private Limited' to 'Ace Alpha Tech Private Limited' & Registrar of Companies, Delhi has issued a new certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name dated 17 May, 2024. The status got converted into a Public Limited Company and the name changed from 'Ace Alpha Tech Private Limited' to 'Ace Alpha Tech Limited' & Registrar of Companies, Delhi has issued a new Certificate of Incorporation dated 12 September, 2024.
