About Adroit Industries India Ltd IPO
Adroit Industries India Limited was initially incorporated as originally formed as a Partnership Firm under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 under the name M/s Adroit Industries India' dated March 09, 1966, and was reconstituted, pursuant to a deed of partnership dated June 02, 1994. M/s Adroit Industries India' was thereafter converted from a partnership firm to a Public Limited Company, as Adroit Industries (India) Limited, and a Certificate of Incorporation dated January 19, 1995 was issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Company is presently engaged in the manufacturing of Auto parts and components.
