Subsequently, Company was converted from a Private Company to a Public Company and the name of Company was changed to Alpine Spinweave Limited' on December 16, 2024. Thereafter, name was changed from Alpine Spinweave Limited' to Alpine Texworld Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 10, 2025 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
