Amster Labs Limited was initially established as a sole proprietorship under the name and style of 'M/s Udai Gas & Electrical Appliances,' with its principal place of business in the Solan District of Himachal Pradesh. Furthermore, pursuant to a Partnership Deed dated September 17, 2014, the sole proprietorship was converted onto a Partnership Firm to conduct business in the manufacturing of LPG cooktops, electrical chimneys, geysers, electrical irons, and related products. The Partnership Firm was then further converted into a Public Limited Company 'Amster Labs Limited' on January 01, 2024 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
