The Company got converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Navratan Capital and Securities Limited'. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the RoC on March 21, 2007. Subsequently, the name was changed from Navratan Capital and Securities Limited' to Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Limited' dated January 29, 2008 issued by the RoC to the Company.
