Anand Seamless Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited Company as 'Anand Seamless Tubes Private Limited' on November 25, 2005 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed from Anand Seamless Tubes Private Limited' to Anand Seamless Tubes Limited' on November 24, 2023. Thereafter, a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated December 11, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, CPC, upon change in the name of the Company as 'Anand Seamless Limited'.
