Anand Seamless Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited Company as 'Anand Seamless Tubes Private Limited' on November 25, 2005 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed from Anand Seamless Tubes Private Limited' to Anand Seamless Tubes Limited' on November 24, 2023.
