Aragen Life Sciences Limited was incorporated as GVK Biosciences Private Limited' at Hyderabad as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, on December 7, 2000, by the Registrar of Companies. The name of the Company was changed to Aragen Life Sciences Private Limited' dated December 16, 2020. The Company was converted to a Public Limited company, and the name was changed to Aragen Life Sciences Limited' vide fresh certificate of incorporation on March 28, 2023.
