Subsequently, Company changed its name from 'ADF Overseas Private Limited' to 'ARC Distributors (I) Private Limited' on October 24, 2011. Subsequently, it got the status converted from a Private Limited to Public Limited and the name of Company was changed to 'ARC Distributors (I) Limited'' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on November 05, 2024 by Central Processing Centre.
