About Arohan Financial Services Ltd IPO
Arohan Financial Services Ltd. was incorporated on September 27, 1991 at Kolkata, West Bengal as ANG Resources Private Limited'. The Company was then converted into a Public Company and consequently, its name changed to ANG Resources Limited' on October 20, 1995. Subsequently, name of the Company again changed to Arohan Financial Services Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 25, 2008 was issued by the RoC. Thereafter, Company was converted into a Private Company on September 28, 2010. The Company then converted into a Public Limited Company and its name was changed to 'Arohan Financial Services Limited' dated May 25, 2018 by the RoC.
