Objects of the Issue

About Avtar Steel Ltd IPO
Avtar Steel Limited was initially incorporated as a Private Limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, dated May 6, 1996, with the Registrar of Companies, at New Delhi. The name of Company was thereafter changed to a Public Limited company and a fresh certificate of Incorporation dated April 15, 2008, was issued to reflect the change in name. The Company is a manufacturer of stainless-steel long and wire products of special grades, having over 30 years of experience in domestic markets, having installed capacity of 1000 MTPA.
