Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed from Bonfiglioli Deepak Private Limited' to Bonfiglioli Transmissions Private Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 25, 1998, was issued by the RoC. The name of the Company was further changed to Bonfiglioli Transmissions Limited', dated September 16, 2025, vide fresh certificate issued by the Central Processing Centre.
