CKK Retail Mart Ltd was originally incorporated as Sakuma Exports Private Limited on February 14, 2005 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Subsequently the name of Company was changed from 'Sakuma Exports Private Limited' to C K K Exports Private Limited' on July 14, 2005 and again changed from C K K Exports Private Limited to C K K Retail Mart Private Limited dated June 9, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Thereafter, Company was converted into a Public Limited and finally name was changed to C K K Retail Mart Limited. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 29, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
