The Company name was changed to Caliber Mining and Logistics Private Limited', issued by the RoC on July 29, 2024. Subsequently, the name was changed to Caliber Mining and Logistics Limited' and a fresh Certificate pursuant to such conversion was issued by the RoC on September 10, 2024.
