Capillary Technologies India Ltd (Formerly known Kharagpur Technologies Private Limited) was incorporated on March 15, 2012 as a Private Limited Company by the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka, which subsequently was converted to 'Capillary Technologies India Private Limited' on July 26, 2012. Upon the conversion of Company to a Public Limited Company, the name was further changed to 'Capillary Technologies India Limited' vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 23, 2021 by the RoC.
