About Chartered Speed Ltd IPO
Chartered Speed Limited was originally incorporated as Chartered Speed Private Limited' on May 22, 2007 at Ahmedabad issued by the RoC. Subsequently, Company converted to a Public Company and the name was changed to Chartered Speed Limited.' A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion into Public Company was issued by the RoC on September 10, 2018. Presently, the Company is engaged in providing passenger mobility solutions across various modes of surface transport with an operational fleet of over 750 passenger vehicles and over 430 Smart Bikes. It is the leading fleet bus operators for intercity and intra-city passenger mobility operation in India.
