Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to 'CIEL HR Services Private Limited' pursuant to fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 24, 2015 issued by the RoC. Upon the conversion of Company into a Public Company, the name was changed to 'CIEL HR Services Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 30, 2023 was issued by the RoC.
