About Continuum Green Energy Ltd IPO
Continuum Green Energy Limited was originally incorporated as Surajbari Windfarm Development Private Limited', as a Private Limited Company dated May 15, 2007, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu at Chennai. The name of the Company was changed to Continuum Wind Energy (India) Private Limited' on June 25, 2014 and further to Continuum Green Energy (India) Private Limited', on November 6, 2020 and thereafter to Continuum Green Energy Private Limited' by the RoC on August 2, 2024. The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on October 15, 2024, and the name changed to Continuum Green Energy Limited'. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on November 18, 2024.
