Later on, Company changed the name to Cryogenic OGS Private Limited' dated October 20, 2023 issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The status was converted into a Public Limited Company with a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 10, 2023 issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad and the Company was renamed as Cryogenic OGS Limited'.
