Subsequently, the Company name changed to Datasoft Computer Services Private Limited' dated December 11, 1997. Subsequently, the status of the Company got converted to a Public Limited and the name was changed to Datasoft Computer Services Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 27, 2024 was issued by the RoC, Central Processing Centre.
