Elec Steel Processing Industries Limited was initially established as Partnership Firm named Elec Steel Processing Industries', pursuant to a Deed of Partnership on April 1, 1994. The partnership Firm, Elec Steel Processing Industries' was thereafter converted to a Private Limited Company, Elec Steel Processing Industries Private Limited' vide certificate of incorporation dated August 8, 2022. Subsequently, the status of the Company was converted to a Public Limited Company and Company name was changed to Elec Steel Processing Industries Limited'. A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued on December 30, 2024, by the Central Processing Centre.
