Further, Company's name was changed from Tripathy Ceramics Private Limited' to Sabre Machinery Private Limited' dated October 14, 2008. Further, Company's name was changed from Sabre Machinery Private Limited' to Enprocon Enterprise Private dated April 16, 2011. Subsequently, Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to 'EnProCon Enterprise Limited' on June 25,2011. Further, Company's name was changed from EnProCon Enterprise Limited' to EnPro Con Enter Prise Limited dated October 03, 2012 by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Further, Company's name was changed from EnPro Con Enterprise Limited' to EnProCon EnterPrise Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 12, 2023 was issued to this effect by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
