Objects of the Issue
The company proposes to utilise the Net Proceeds from the Fresh Issue towards funding the following objects:
- Part-financing the capital expenditure requirements of our Company towards expansion of Phase 2 of its manufacturing facility situated at Mundra, Gujarat ("Mundra Project")
- Prepayment or re-payment, in full or in part, of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the Company and/or investment in our Subsidiaries, for pre-payment/ re-payment.

About Eswari Global Metal Industries Ltd IPO
Eswari Global Metal Industries Limited was originally formed as a partnership firm pursuant to a deed of partnership dated March 28, 1987 as M/s Eswari Metal Industries'. Pursuant to a re-constituted deed of partnership dated January 7, 2013, the name of the partnership firm Eswari Metal Industries' was changed to Eswari Global Metal Industries'. Firm was thereafter converted to a joint stock company and registered as a private limited company on May 22, 2013. Company has converted from a Private Limited company to a Public Limited company and, the name of Company has been changed to Eswari Global Metal Industries Limited' dated December 24, 2025, subject to a fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Central Processing Centre.
