About Faith Industries Ltd IPO
Faith Industries Limited was initially incorporated as Faith Exports Private Limited' under the Companies Act, 1956 dated March 01, 1995 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Later, the name of the Company was changed to Faith Waxes and Addivities Private Limited' followed by the approval of the Central Government accorded on July 15, 1999. Thereafter, it was changed to Faith Industries Private Limited' vide Special Resolution and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 23, 2006 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Subsequently, the status of the Company was again changed to public limited followed by a change in name to 'Faith Industries Limited' dated August 29, 2017.
