Objects of the Issue
The company proposes to utilise the Net Proceeds from the Fresh Issue towards funding the following objects:
- Opening of new Premium Luxury BathDetails and Wood & Boundless format stores
- Meeting the long term Working Capital requirements
- Advertisement and marketing expenses towards enhancing the awareness and visibility of our brand
- Expenditure for (1) Partial renovation of our two existing Ultra Luxury owned stores at Delhi and Mumbai and (2) Renovation of our Registered Office situated at Delhi
- Repayment of Term Loan availed by our Company
