Objects of the Issue
The company proposes to utilise the Net Proceeds from the Fresh Issue towards funding the following objects:
- Funding of capital expenditure towards setting up two Proposed Centralized Kitchens by our Company
- Investment in FGRCS, our Material Subsidiary, for funding of capital expenditure towards setting up four Proposed Casual Dining Restaurants
- Repayment or prepayment, in full or in part, of all or a portion of certain outstanding borrowings availed by our Company and FGRCS
