Fusion CX Limited was originally incorporated as 'Xplore-Tech Services Private Limited' as a private limited company through a certificate of incorporation dated February 25, 2004. The name of the Company was changed to 'Fusion CX Private Limited' dated June 26, 2024 by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The name was thereafter changed to 'Fusion CX Limited' upon conversion to a public limited company on March 13, 2025 via fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal at Kolkata. The Company is engaged in providing business process management services with a global presence.

Objects of the Issue
The company proposes to utilise the Net Proceeds from the Fresh Issue towards funding the following objects:
- Repayment/prepayment, in full or in part, of certain outstanding borrowings availed by our (i) Company; (ii) certain Subsidiaries (direct and certain step-down subsidiaries)
- Investment in our step-down subsidiaries, Omind Technologies Inc. and Omind Technologies Private Limited, for upgrading IT tools i.e. Arya and MindVoice
