About German Green Steel & Power Ltd IPO
German Green Steel and Power Limited was incorporated as 'Haq Enterprises Private Limited' on July 09, 2008 as a private limited Company, issued by the Asst. Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. The name of the Company was changed to 'Haq Steels and Metaliks Private Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad dated April 12, 2018. Thereafter, the status of the Company was converted to a public Limited Company, with the name 'Haq Steels and Metaliks Limited' dated May 4, 2018. Thereafter, the name was again changed to 'German Green Steel and Power Limited' issued by the RoC dated January 18, 2024 via fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the RoC.
