Grandmaa International Limited was originally incorporated on December 30, 2020 as a Private Limited Company as 'Grandmaa International Private Limited' with the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh. Subsequently, Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and, the name of Company was changed to 'Grandmaa International Limited' vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh on August 11, 2023.
