Objects of the Issue
The company proposes to utilise the Net Proceeds from the Fresh Issue towards funding the following objects:
- Investment for (a) product and technology development and (b) enhancing capabilities at the company's technology centre in
- Development of the company's in-house battery assembly capabilities
- Funding expansion of the mfg capacity of BAPL
- Funding expansion of the mfg capacity of MLR

Subsequently, the name of Company was changed to Greaves Electric Mobility Private Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu at Coimbatore on October 11, 2021. Subsequently, the status was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Greaves Electric Mobility Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation, was issued to Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre on November 15, 2024.
