About Green Asia Impex Ltd IPO
Green Asia Impex Limited was originally incorporated as a Private limited company in the name of Green Asia Impex Private Limited' pursuant to a certificate of Incorporation dated August 5, 2014 with the Registrar of Companies Andhra Pradesh. Further, Company was converted into a Public limited company, and the name was changed to Green Asia Impex Limited' dated September 19, 2025. Presently, Company is engaged in processing and export of marine food products, mainly frozen shrimp and dried chillies.
