Grover Jewells Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company as 'Grover Chain Private Limited' on October 12, 2021 with the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. The name of the Company has been changed to 'Grover Jewells Private Limited' pursuant to a Certificate of incorporation issued by Central Processing Centre on February 17, 2025. Subsequently, it was converted into public Company and the name was changed to 'Grover Jewells Limited' vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 02, 2025.
