Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed from 'HCIN Network Private Limited' to 'HCIN Networks Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 22, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Center, Delhi. The Company was established with an object to offer Internet Leased Line, IT Managed Services, IT System Integration, IT Security and Data Centre Solutions under the brand of 'Hi-COM'.
