Objects of the Issue
The company proposes to utilise the Net Proceeds from the Fresh Issue towards funding the following objects:
- Funding the incremental working capital requirements of the Company;
- Investment in the company Subsidiary, Integrum Green Assets Private Limited for financing capital expenditure towards procurement of wind turbine generators and associated equipment
- Investment in the company subsidiary, Integrum Green Assets Private Limited, for the Repayment/ prepayment, in full or in part, of certain outstanding borrowings;
