Jagdamba Polymers Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in year 1992 as 'Jagdamba Gases Private Limited' dated December 30, 1992 with the Registrar of Companies, Cuttack, Orissa. Later the name of Company was changed from 'Jagdamba Gases Private Limited' to 'Jagdamba Polymers Private Limited' on June 25, 2008. Further the status of company was changed to a Public Limited Company and consequent to change of name to 'Jagdamba Polymers Limited', a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on February 3, 2025 by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Center. Jagdamba Polymers is a manufacturing company specializing in plastic houseware products and molded furniture.
