About Jain International Power Ltd IPO
Jain International Power Limited originated as a sole proprietorship named 'M/s. Jain International', founded in 2004 by Mr. Prakash Kumar Jain. Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company as 'Jain International Power Limited' on April 18, 2022 with the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, Company acquired the running business of the sole proprietorship concern, M/s Jain International, as a going concern basis with the assets and liabilities, of the Promoter, Mr. Prakash Kumar Jain vide Business Transfer Agreement dated June 30, 2022.
