The Company name status was changed to Kalpataru Homes Limited', upon conversion into a Public Limited dated May 16, 1995, issued by the Additional RoC, Maharashtra, Bombay. and was further changed to Kalpataru Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation upon change of name was issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Mumbai dated February 1, 2008.
