Name of the Company was changed to 'Kalyani Aditya Mineral Private Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on April 12, 2021 by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata. Subsequently, Company was converted from a private limited to public limited and the name of the Company was changed to 'Kalyani Aditya Mineral Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 31, 2023 was issued to Company by the RoC, Chandigarh.
