Subsequently, Company was converted into a Public Limited and the name of the Company was changed from 'Kamsons Polymers Private Limited' to 'Kamsons Polymers Limited' dated August 20, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.

Objects of the Issue
