Kanishk Aluminium India Limited was originally incorporated as Company Limited by Shares under the name 'Kanishk Aluminium Extrusions Private Limited'on December 05, 2018. Further, name of the Company was changed from 'Kanishk Aluminium Extrusions Private Limited' to 'Kanishk Aluminium India Private Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur vide dated September 21, 2022. Subsequently, Company converted its status into a Public Company and the name was changed from 'Kanishk Aluminium India Private Limited' to 'Kanishk Aluminium India Limited' vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 30, 2024, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
