About Lamtuf Ltd IPO
Lamtuf Limited began its operations in May, 1978 as a partnership firm in the name of Lamtuf Plastics'. In April 1995, it was incorporated as 'Lamtuf Plastics Private Limited' by the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh. Thereafter, the status of the Company was changed from private limited Company to a Public limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Lamtuf Plastics Limited' in January, 1996 and further in April, 2022, the name was again changed from 'Lamtuf Plastics Limited' to 'Lamtuf Limited.' via fresh certificate of Incorporated granted by the Registrar of Companies, Telangana at Hyderabad.
